We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque or eCheque!
How We Deliver
We use various Courier Companies for delivery of goods depending on the size and quanity of goods purchased. We always aim to dispatch & deliver goods within 3-7 working days (excluding Public & Bank Holidays) if the product is in stock, on occassions delivery can take longer. We require customers to supply their contact telephone numbers so that our delivery agents are able to make contact upto 24/48 hours in advance of delivery to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the goods ordered.
We always try to dispatch our goods as quickly as possible but cannot always guarantee delivery timescales, as we use 3rd Party Delivery Companies who do not offer a guarantee delivery date or time!
Where We Deliver
We Delivery to all of UK Mainland, Northern Ireland & Southern Ireland, please note that AB, BT, DD, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, KY, PA, PH and ZE postcodes will incur an additional surcharge and delivery generally takes an extra 5-7 working days longer than the rest of Mainland UK.
Our delivery costs are per order and not per item meaning you can buy as many items as you need and still only pay one nominal delivery charge per order. These costs are as follows:

All goods must be checked on delivery and not signed for until you are satisfied. If in doubt please sign as damaged and report to us within 24 hours - claims for damaged items will not be otherwise accepted. Terms such as Unchecked or Not Checked are taken as clear acceptance of goods in good order and condition.
If you sign for the goods, even if you write the words "Unchecked" or similar on the delivery note, then you are accepting that the goods arrived in good condition and later claims for damages will not be considered. Once you have received the item, please can you check it over for damages (if any) and report back to us within 48 hrs of the item being received. If you have requested for someone else other than the Purchaser to sign for the goods then you also accept that you have advised them of all of the above and that this person is OVER 18! If you are getting an Insignia Product Delivered the same applies but we also request you to check over the item and report any issues or missing items to Insignia at: >http://www.insigniarange.com/customerservice.aspx
Insignia will provide you with a customer service number if you forward this number allow with your issues to ourselves we can also help to resolve if in the rare case that anything goes wrong. Please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address on the date advised delivery is due as missed deliveries can lead to additional delivery charges as per our terms & conditions

Report Any Damages on Paperwork
You must inform us of any discrepancies whatsoever within 24 hours of delivery, as per our terms & conditions

and a brief description of the damages and if possiable include order sales order number to help with the tracking of your order and personal details we hold on record.
